My name is Dámaris Plá Sánchez, a pharmacist with a master’s degree in Pharmaceutical and Parapharmaceutical Industry, but passionate about reading and writing since I was a child.
I remember that my childhood was flooded with books, stories and many hours in the library. I loved immersing myself in each novel and being able to give free rein to my imagination, to feel that I was the protagonist and to be able to travel in space-time without leaving my room.
Another of my passions is cosmetics. In addition to working as a pharmacist and developing cosmetic products, in 2019 I created my own YouTube channel where I analyze cosmetics, talk about actives, their properties and also share some of my formulation work.
On the other hand, I have always had a great curiosity for psychology, to understand how everyone’s mind works and to understand others. It is an area to which I try to dedicate time in training myself to be able to translate that knowledge into my novels and self-help books.
Currently, whenever I have free time, I write articles about cosmetics for scientific magazines in the health sector, beauty blogs and I write solidarity micro-stories to try to help a good cause.
I am a vegetarian, an animal lover, an adventure lover and a lover of taking care of myself, inside and out. I love to see the world and live unique experiences that make you change your perspective on life to enjoy every moment.
Transmitting everything I can to be able to reach others and learn from them is my motivation.
